Information About the Palanhar Scheme
Palanhar Scheme (पालनहार योजना), राजस्थान सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग, द्वारा चलाई जा रही बेहतरीन Flagship Scheme में से एक हैं।
राज्य के ऐसे अनाथ एवं देखरेख और संरक्षण के परिभाषित श्रेणियों में आने वाले बालक/बालिकाओं को,
परिवार के ही अन्दर समुचित देखरेख, संरक्षण एवं शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिये सरकार की ओर से आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान किये जाने के प्रावधान को सुनिश्चित करना।
ऐसे बालक/बालिका एवं पालनहार परिवारों को समय पर पात्रतानुसार निरन्तर आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान कर उनकी देखरेख, संरक्षण एवं शिक्षा को सुनिश्चित करना।
To ensure the provision of financial assistance from the government to ensure proper care, protection and education within the family to such orphans and boys/girls falling in the defined categories of care and protection of the state.
To ensure the care, protection and education of such boys/girls and foster families by providing them continuous financial assistance as per their eligibility on time.
- अनाथ श्रेणी के 0-6 वर्ष तक की आयु के बच्चे हेतुः 1500 रूपये प्रतिमाह प्रति बच्चा तथा 06-18 वर्ष तक की आयु के बच्चे हेतु: 2500 रूपये प्रतिमाह प्रति बच्चा
- For orphan category children in the age group of 0-6 years: Rs. 1500 per month per child and for children in the age group of 6-18 years: Rs. 2500 per month per child.
- शेष अन्य सभी श्रेणी के 0-6 वर्ष तक की आयु के बच्चे हेतु 750 रूपये प्रतिमाह प्रति बच्चा तथा 6-18 वर्ष तक की आयु के बच्चे हेतु 1500 रूपये प्रतिमाह प्रति बच्चा
- For all other categories, Rs 750 per month per child for children aged 0-6 years and Rs 1500 per month per child for children aged 6-18 years.
- (उक्त बढ़ी हुई अनुदान राशि दिनांक 01-07-2023 से लागू होगी।) (The above increased grant amount will be applicable from 01-07-2023.)
- विद्यालय जाना अनिवार्य वस्त्र, स्वेटर, जूते आदि हेतु- 2000 रू वार्षिक अतिरिक्त एकमुश्त देय (विधवा पालनहार एवं नाता पालनहार में देय नही)
- Annual additional lump sum payment of Rs 2000 for mandatory clothes, sweaters, shoes etc. for going to school (not payable in case of widow follower and related follower)
पालनहार योजना में भरे हुए आवेदक एवं पालनहार वाले बच्चों का नवीनीकरण सत्यापन प्रति वर्ष जुलाई या अगस्त माह में करवाना होता हैं।
Renewal verification of the filled applicants and foster children in the foster care scheme has to be done every year in the month of July or August.
पालनहार योजना में सत्यापन या नवीनीकरण कराने हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज
1. बच्चों का नवीन चालू सत्र के अध्ययन प्रमाण पत्र
जैसे बच्चा सत्र 2023-24 में अध्ययनरत हैं, तो अध्ययन प्रमाण पत्र सत्र 2023-24 का होना चाहिए।
2. जनाधार कार्ड
3. पालनहार आवेदन संख्या जैसे Palanhar/2022-23/xxx123
4. अंकतालिका, आधार कार्ड, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, मूल निवास, जाति प्रमाण आदि के साथ नजदीकी ई-मित्र पर जाकर रिन्यूअल (नवीनीकरण) सत्यापन करवाना होगा।
Documents required for verification or renewal in Palanhar Scheme
1. New study certificate of children for the current session
If the child is studying in the session 2023-24, then the study certificate should be for the session 2023-24.
2. Janadhar Card
3. Palanhar Application Number like Palanhar/2022-23/xxx123
4. Renewal verification will have to be done by visiting the nearest e-Mitra along with mark sheet, Aadhar card, birth certificate, original residence, caste proof etc.
1- अनाथ बच्चे –
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका, जिनके माता-पिता की मृत्यु हो चुकी हो) के पालनहार आवेदन हेतु माता-पिता दोनों के मृत्यु प्रमाण होना आवश्यक हैं।
orphan children – For application as guardian of a boy/girl (whose parents have died), it is necessary to have death proof of both the parents.
2- मृत्युदण्ड/आजीवन कारावास प्राप्त माता-पिता अथवा माता-पिता दोनों में से एक की मृत्यु हो चुकी हो व दूसरे को मृत्यु दण्ड या आजीवन कारावास की सजा हो चुकी हो के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका, जिनके माता-पिता दोनों को न्यायिक आदेशों के तहत् मृत्यु दण्ड या आजीवन कारावास की सजा हो चुकी हो अथवा माता-पिता दोनों में से एक की मृत्यु हो चुकी हो व दूसरे को मृत्यु दण्ड या आजीवन कारावास हो चुकी हो)
Children of parents sentenced to death/life imprisonment or one of both parents having died and the other having been sentenced to death or life imprisonment
(Such a boy/girl, both of whose parents have been sentenced to death penalty or life imprisonment under judicial orders or one of the parents has died and the other has been sentenced to death or life imprisonment.) )
3- निराश्रित पेंशन की पात्र विधवा माता के तीन बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका से हैं जिनके पिता की मृत्यु हो गई हो व माता सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन प्राप्त कर रही हो)
Three children of a widowed mother eligible for destitute pension
(Belongs to a boy/girl whose father has died and whose mother is receiving social security pension)
4- पुनर्विवाहित माता के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके पिता की मृत्यु हो चुकी हो व माता द्वारा बच्चों का परित्याग (छोड़कर) पुनर्विवाह कर लिया गया हो)

(Such a boy/girl whose father has died and whose mother has abandoned the children and remarried)
5- एच.आइ.वी./एड्स पीड़ित माता/पिता के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके माता/पिता एच.आई.वी./एड्स से पीड़ित हो)
Children of parents suffering from HIV/AIDS (Boys/girls whose parents are suffering from HIV/AIDS)
6- कुष्ठ रोग से पीड़ित माता/पिता के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके माता/पिता कुष्ठ रोग पीड़ित हो)
Children of parents suffering from leprosy (Boys/girls whose parents are suffering from leprosy)
7- नाता जाने वाली माता के तीन बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके पिता की मृत्यु हो गई हो एवं माता द्वारा अपने बच्चों का परित्याग कर दिया हो तथा उसे नाते गए हुए एक वर्ष से अधिक हो गया हो) नाता जाने वाली माता का शहरी एवं ग्रामीण हेतु प्रमाण पत्र का प्रारूप लिंक

8- विशेष योग्यजन माता/पिता के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके माता/पिता के पास चिकित्सा अधिकारी/बोर्ड(राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिकृत) द्वारा किया गया 40 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक निःषक्तता का प्रमाण पत्र)
Children of specially abled parents (Such boys/girls whose parents have a certificate of 40 percent or more disability issued by a medical officer/board (authorized by the state government))
9- तलाकशुदा/परित्यक्ता महिला के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनकी माता का वैध रूप से विवाह विच्छिन्न हो चुका हो और जिनके पास न्यायालय द्वारा जारी आदेश/विवाह-विच्छेद डिक्री हो)
Children of divorced/abandoned woman (Such boys/girls whose mother’s marriage has been legally divorced and who have an order/divorce decree issued by the court)
10-सिलिकोसिस बीमारी से पीड़ित माता/पिता के बच्चे
(ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके माता/पिता के पास सिलिकोसिस बीमारी से पीड़ित होने का सक्षम स्तर से जारी प्रमाण पत्र हो) सिलिकोसिस बीमारी से पीड़ित माता/पिता के बच्चे (ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनके माता/पिता के पास सिलिकोसिस बीमारी से पीड़ित होने का सक्षम स्तर से जारी प्रमाण पत्र हो)

आवेदन हेतु आवेदक ई-मित्र या स्वयं की एसएसओ आई डी एवं पासवर्ड के माध्यम से एसएसओ पर लॉगिन कर Palanhar Application Portal पर Online आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन SJED Applications के माध्यम से भी जनाधार के माध्यम से Applicant खुद स्वंय आवेदन कर सकता हैं।
- For application, applicants can apply online on Palanhar Application Portal by logging into SSO through e-Mitra or their own SSO ID and password.
- Applicants can also apply themselves through Jan Aadhaar through the mobile application SJED Applications.
- 0 से 6 आयु वर्ग के बच्चे हेतु- 750 रूपये प्रतिमाह (आंगनबाड़ी जाना अनिवार्य)
- 6-18 आयु वर्ग के बच्चे हेतु- 1500 रूपये प्रतिमाह
- (नोटः- 1 जुलाई 2023 से पूर्व में 750रू के स्थान पर 500रू तथा 1500 रू के स्थान पर 1000रू प्रतिमाह दी जा रही थी।)
- For children in the age group of 0 to 6 – Rs 750 per month (going to Anganwadi is mandatory)
- For children in the age group of 6-18 – Rs 1500 per month
- (Note:- Before July 1, 2023, Rs 500 was being given instead of Rs 750 and Rs 1000 per month instead of Rs 1500.)
Under the Palanhar Scheme, the following documents are required to fill the online application of the guardian for the upbringing and education of children etc.
पालनहार योजनान्तर्गत बच्चों के पालन-पोषण एवं शिक्षा आदि के लिए पालनहार का ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने हेतु निम्न दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता होती हैं-
आवेदक के मूल निवास, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आधार कार्ड, जनाधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड, बच्चों के अध्ययन प्रमाण, बच्चों के आधार कार्ड, बच्चों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र आदि।
Original residence of the applicant, caste certificate, Aadhar card, Janadhar card, ration card, study proof of children, Aadhar card of children, birth certificate of children etc.
- पालनहार आवेदन के भरने में आ रही समस्या या ई-मित्र बंद होने की स्थिति या किसी भी प्रकार की सहायता के संबंध में सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग के संबंधित जिला स्तर या ब्लॉक स्तर चल रहे कार्यालयों से जानकारी प्राप्त करें।
- संबंधित ब्लॉक स्तर पर संतुष्ट नही होने पर त्वरित संबंधित जिला स्तर पर चल रहे कार्यालय सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग में प्रार्थी स्वंय अपना प्रार्थना पत्र मय दस्तावेजों के साथ प्रस्तुत करने पर समस्या का निवारण करवा सकता हैं।
- Get information from the respective district level or block level offices of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department regarding the problem in filling the Palanhar application or closure of e-Mitra or any kind of assistance.
- If the problem is not satisfied at the concerned block level, the applicant can immediately get the problem resolved by submitting his application along with the documents in the office of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department running at the concerned district level.

पालनहार फॉर्म को दुसरी EMITRA पर कैसे मैप करवाते हैं????
पालनहार योजना में ऑनलाइन किये गए आवेदन को किसी अन्य ई-मित्र पर ट्रांसफर करवाने हेतु स्वयं आवेदक को अपना जनाधार या पालनहार आवेदन संख्या, ई-मित्र कियोस्क आईडी तथा ई-मित्र धारक की एसएसओ आईडी (जिस नए ई-मित्र पर आवेदन मैप किया जाना हैं) के साथ संबंधित जिले के जिला स्तर के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग या ब्लॉक स्तर के सामाजिक सुरक्षा अधिकारी के कार्यालय में प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा। जिसके जरिए संबंधित अधिकारी/कर्मचारी आपकी पालनहार आवेदन संख्या का अन्य ई-मित्र पर मैप कर सकेंगें। पालनहार योजना एवं अन्य विभाग की योजनाओं हेतु हमारी बेवसाइट Nayan Infotech पर विजिट करें।
